Winter Commencement

The Winter Commencement ceremony will take place on Sunday, January 6, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Bob Carpenter Center and will last approximately two hours. The doors will open at 12:30 p.m. To allow ample time for parking and seating, please plan to arrive early; degree candidates and guests should plan to arrive at the Bob Carpenter Center no later than 1:00 p.m. Remember that the traffic situation associated with a ceremony of this size will be congested.
Immediately following the Commencement ceremony, a reception will be held for graduates and guests on the concourse of the Bob Carpenter Center. We encourage graduates to use this opportunity for photographs with fellow graduates, family and friends. Light refreshments will be served.

Museums
The University Museums seeks to enhance the educational and scholarly mission of UD through the exhibition, online presentation, study, preservation and growth of its unique collections in 20th and 21st century American art, minerals and pre-Columbian ceramics.

The University of Delaware’s Resident Ensemble Players (REP) is composed of some of America’s most experienced and respected regional theatre actors and actresses. The REP offers a full season of shows, running from the fall to the spring.
