Dana Herbert Cooking Demonstration

Dana Herbert, a University of Delaware alumnus and winner of the 2010 Cake Boss: The Next Great Baker television show on TLC, will offer a cooking demonstration for alumni on Tuesday evening, Feb. 5, on the UD campus in Newark.
Herbert, a 1998 hotel, restaurant and institutional management graduate and owner of Desserts by Dana, will present “Baking with Bacon” at 6 p.m. at Marriott’s Courtyard Newark-University of Delaware on the Laird Campus.
The cooking demonstration will be hosted by the New Castle County Alumni Club with support from the UD Alumni Association.
Cost is $30 for the class only, $45 for the class and a UD apron.
