Finding the "U" and "I" in Equity

Creating an equitable and inclusive community is critical at UD. But how does that happen? First, you find the “U” and “I”, then you’re ready to see the 3Ps – power, privilege and perception. All of these are vital in understanding how we can make efforts to help create that idyllic diverse community – or perhaps unknowingly halt the creation. Using a combination of statistics, policy, and group processing, this workshop will provide you with the tools to help create a more inclusive environment and workplace.
