At over 55,000 square feet, UD's Caesar Rodney Fresh Food Company is one of the largest residential dining locations on the East Coast. Every station is in clear view to see menu items being prepped, cooked and served. More than 15 food stations are available including a Mongolian Grill, Sizzlin' Saute , Vegan, and OU-supervised Kosher station.

CR's True Balance station further accommodates students and guests with food allergies and gluten intolerances. True Balance's menus have been carefully designed to eliminate the top eight most common food allergens: milk, eggs, crustacean shellfish, fin fish, tree nuts, peanuts, soy and wheat.
