2017 National Engineers Week Opening Reception & Carnival

The UD College of Engineering, along with the DiscoverE Leadership Council and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), will participate in the 2017 National Engineers Week, February 19 through February 25, 2017. Founded in 1951 by the National Society of Professional Engineers, National Engineers Week is an annual celebration of the positive contributions engineers make to society. It is celebrated annually by thousands of engineers, engineering students, teachers and leaders in government and business. We hope you will make time in your busy schedule to attend and participate in a few of the events as we celebrate the 66th anniversary of National Engineers Week!

The Opening Reception and Carnival is to be held on Monday February 20th, 11am – 1pm. This is the official college kick-off to National Engineers Week 2017. Join us for RSO-sponsored activities and demonstrations. Refreshments will be provided and all are welcome to attend!

Contributors to this UD event include the UD College of Engineering, COE Student Organizations, UD Engineering K-12, Delaware Council of Engineering Societies (DCES), and JPMorgan Chase & Co.
