She will highlight the underlying mechanisms of how sleep disruption drives metabolic disorders and discuss the specific role sleep plays in health throughout the life cycle. The presentation will describe a number of innovative, evidence-based lifestyle strategies, including sleep and eating patterns—developed to optimize circadian rhythms and improve population health.
