4-week KORU Mindfulness Class
KORU Mindfulness is an evidence-based strategy for overall wellness. Being "mindful" means bringing one's awareness to the present, rather than dwelling in the past or worrying about the future. Using a mindful approach allows students to experience thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judging them. KORU students report feeling calmer, being better rested, and demonstrating greater self-compassion.
This KORU class is FREE and Student Wellness & Health Promotion will provide a copy of the book "The Mindful Twenty-Something" for each student.
