Join Employee Health and Wellbeing *virtually* for the 8-Week Mindfulness Meditation series every Tuesday at 12pm from April 21 - June 9. Each 20-minute session will guide you through a short lesson and practice of meditation. Each week builds on the last, so if you can come to each session, that’s great! That being said, if you miss some classes, don’t hesitate to drop in! Beginners welcome. Registration is required.
