Information Session to learn more about our PhD Career Development Program and the opportunities available to students - specifically seeking PhD candidates in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. The Development Program is based in Allentown, PA. During the CDP experience, participants complete impactful work while exploring career preferences as they rotate through three different one-year assignments. CDP’s develop an extensive network throughout the company early in their career. The program provides access to the top technical leaders at Air Products, most of whom were CDP’s when they joined the Company.
