Time Management: A Lunch and Learn Event for Graduate Students

This is a past event

The Office of Graduate and Professional Education invites you to a workshop on Time Management.  Graduate students face an astounding amount of stress; this session will equip students with short term (immediate) and long term (lifestyle change) strategies to reduce their allostatic stress load and increase coping mechanisms. The workshop will be led by Toni Bush Neal, an instructor and facilitator in our Professional and Continuing Studies program. Lunch will be provided. This is a great opportunity to meet other graduate students, and develop important professional and life skills. There is no cost for this event, but registration is required. In order to allow for active participation, attendance will be capped at 45 students, but if there is enough interest, we will provide another workshop later this spring.
