This interactive workshop is designed for associate professors who are interested in scaling up or scaling down aspects of their workload (teaching, service, or research).

During this workshop, you will: 

✅ Review your service, teaching, and research activities to see how they align with your proposed trajectory 

✅ Identify aspects of your workload that need to be either scaled up or scaled back in order to meet your personal and professional goals  

✅ Explore strategies for successfully scaling up or scaling down those areas that need attention
