Backyard Sweet Potatoes Workshop

This is a past event

Have you ever thought of growing your own sweet potatoes? Sweet potatoes are very easy to grow in small spaces - in the home garden, raised beds, or even containers! This workshop will take you through the process, from propagation to planting to harvesting, storing, and cooking, including recipes and nutritional information. You will start your own sweet potato slips to take home.

This program is brought to you by University of Delaware Cooperative Extension, a service of the UD College of Agriculture and Natural Resources—a land-grant institution.

This institution is an equal opportunity provider. If you have special needs that need to be accommodated, please contact the office two weeks prior to the event.
