When applying for funding, researchers are often required to submit a data management plan with their applications. These plans can help ensure your data is well managed and organized throughout your project and preserved for long-term use.

 

Find out how to write a data management plan during this virtual workshop. You’ll learn what elements should be included in the plan and how to identify the specific requirements of different funding agencies. You’ll also explore how to use the DMP Tool, an online system designed to assist you in writing your data management plan.

 

Sarah E. Katz, health science librarian, and Sabine Lanteri, science liaison librarian, will lead the workshop.

 

This workshop is open to UD students, faculty and staff, and is co-sponsored by the Graduate College. Those doing grant-funded research are encouraged to attend.
