Working at home comes with some unexpected challenges. Setting boundaries with family, work, and especially yourself is critical for a healthy and balanced remote culture. Sign up for this inspiring 3-part "wellinar" series to learn practical tools on at-home boundaries. Registration required.

-Session 1 - Boundary Setting: Learn how to use mindfulness to set effective boundaries while working from home. This workshop will explore techniques of mindful listening, mindful communication, and self-compassion.


-Session 2 - Striking the Balance: Does work-life balance apply if we work at home? Yup. In fact, it's more important than ever before. This interactive webinar teaches tools to separate your work and your life while at home to support your happiest and healthiest life.


-Session 3 - Practical Self-Care: Self-care is anything we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical health. Explore ways to incorporate it into your daily life to boost your mood and productivity.
