In the summer, is your garden overflowing with shiny, red tomatoes?  Do you love to shop at orchards filled with sweet, juicy peaches and farmer's markets piled high with fresh produce?

 

Canning is an important, safe method of food preservation to save summer's bounty, if practiced properly.  This introductory training, brought to you on-line via ZOOM by the University of Delaware Cooperative Extension, will review the basic steps of home food preservation by water bath canning.

 

TRAINING WILL BE HELD REMOTELY VIA ZOOM ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 2, 2022 FROM 6:00 TO 7:30 PM.
