The Center for Black Culture is hiring new peer mentors for the 2021 – 2022 academic year.  EORO is designed to assist first-year and transfer Black students in their transition to UD.  We strive to provide students with opportunities to create connections and to engage with programs and services to help excel academically, culturally, and socially.

We are seeking full-time undergraduate students who are rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors across all majors with at least a 2.5 GPA or higher.  Ideal applicants should be engaged on campus, knowledgeable of campus resources, and invested in supporting the Black student experience at a PWI. This is a one-year commitment.
