How to Participate:

Simply fill out the form* by 3/18 and Employee Health & Wellbeing will send your personal note in a digital Clovergram PDF to your recipient(s) between 3/9 and 3/22.

The recipient must be a UD employee and can be located on any of the UD campuses. (Recipients outside of Newark will receive clover grams via UD campus mail).

*Please note: There is a 3 Clover Gram limit per sender. To send two clover grams, you will need to complete this form three times.
