A FREE Webinar

This webinar explores why many current approaches to teaching mindfulness to adolescents fall short and suggests that the issue may lie in how it’s being taught. Dr. Blake Colaianne will introduce a human flourishing approach to mindfulness, sharing new youth co-designed adaptations for K–12 schools and a professional development model for adults. He will also offer a vision for flourishing education as a universal prevention strategy that helps schools and workplaces become communities where people can fully thrive.

These programs are brought to you in part by University of Delaware Cooperative Extension, a service of the UD College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, a land-grant institution.

This institution is an equal opportunity provider. If you have special needs that need to be accommodated, please contact the office two weeks prior to the event.
