-It was informative BUT the event was geared towards undergraduates/interns and not geared towards MBA students. I was told MBA students were invited as well?
-There were a number of employers who had no business being there (Rockwell and Swarthmore) to name a few. These are sales jobs, basically being a stockbroker. I think it devalues the program when employers like that are invited leaves a bad impression on other employers such as PWC, E&Y, Deloitte and KPMG. If sales jobs/stock brokers/financial advisers are to be considered then invite top tier firms such as Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley etc.
-The event was supposed to begin at 5PM. It didn't begin until 5:15-5:20 PM. Part of applying for a job/interviewing is being on time. The career services center needs to get that through to undergraduates. The program should of began promptly at 5 PM as advertised. Anyone who showed up later than that should have been shut out.
