DESCRIPTION:Yoga is a tool for personal change and mental healing. This is 
 a gentle yoga class\, appropriate for beginners\; those in need of emotiona
 l healing (e.g.\, recovering from drug and alcohol use\, mental health stru
 ggles\, eating disorders\, sexual assault\, etc.)\; and anyone who wants to
  try yoga to enhance well-being.\n\n \n\nClasses are free\, and no registra
 tion is required. Sessions take place in Room 101 in Warner Hall. Please br
 ing your own mat if you have one. We have a limited supply of free mats for
  those who don't have one.\n\n \n\nSpring classes run every Monday from Feb
 ruary 2 through May 11\, excluding the week of Spring Break.\n\n \n\nTwo cl
 ass times are offered each Monday:\n\nFirst class: 5–6 p.m.Second class: 7–
