Our Intro to CrossFit series is designed for beginners who want to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit. In this program, you'll learn the essential movements, meet the coaches and experience a beginner level workout. Whether you're looking to challenge yourself, get fit, or join a supportive fitness community, this program will give you the tools and confidence to thrive in a UD CrossFit class. No prior experience is necessary!

 

CrossFit Basics will take place from 6:30pm-7:30pm on 2/18 (Tue), 2/20 (Thr), 2/25 (Tue) and 2/27 (Thr). Registration can be done here and is $25, which includes all four dates.
