Unlock your inner chef with Kent and Sussex Blue Hens at the Cultured Pearl in Rehoboth Beach! Restaurant owner, Robert Wood, will educate the group on Japanese food, culture and the techniques of how to make sushi rolls.

The event will include a lesson on how to make Japanese sushi rolls with fresh ingredients, including a hands-on portion where alumni and friends will have the chance to roll their own sushi with guidance from Rob. There will also be family-style dishes served during the course for all to enjoy. Drinks are available for purchase from the restaurant.
