10:50 Session - Panel Discussion, DuPont employees talk about their careers and will answer questions if time:
Diego Lugo joined DuPont in 2018 as an Applications Engineer, where he uses a combination of knowledge and testing to find the best applications for DuPont’s new and existing products. He also works closely with customers to solve their specific challenges in the CMP field. He previously worked for Dow Chemical in Newark, DE, first in the Polishing Lab and then as a Process Engineer for the M6 pilot line. In his free time, Diego enjoys golf, hiking, cooking, and hanging out with his dog. Diego has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s degree
Samantha Morelly joined DuPont in 2019 as a Senior Scientist on the Core Analytical Sciences team. She is a rheology subject matter expert, and works with product development and manufacturing support; recent projects include automotive adhesives and products made from recycled plastic. Outside of work, Samantha enjoys fiber arts (needlepoint, crochet, etc.) and has recently been learning to repair clothing through a method called darning. Samantha has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida and a PhD from Drexel University’s Department of Chemical Engineering.
