Starting Sunday, July 27th, we’ll be teaching Beginner Rumba at 6pm, and Intermediate Rumba at 7pm.  No experience is necessary.  Classes will automatically adjust to the overall skill level of class attendees.  

Note that we are changing our class schedule format!  Instead of a six-week session with two dances, we will do a four-week session of one dance, with the last class being primarily a review and practice night (and maybe one extra move!).  This is largely (1) to accommodate people who can’t commit to a six-week class due to work, travel, and so on, and (2) to allow for more workshop classes between sessions (such as a 1-week, 90-minute class on Bachata, Bolero, Samba, etc).

The session will start on Sunday, July 27th and run for FOUR weeks until Sunday, August 17th.  

• Sunday 6:00-7:00 PM: Beginner Rumba with David and Lisa
• Sunday 7:00-8:00 PM: Intermediate Rumba with David and Lisa

Everyone is welcome! No previous dance experience is required, nor is a fixed dance partner. 

Classes are held at the St. Thomas’ Episcopal Parish: 276 S College Ave, Newark, DE 19711 (across the street from Student Health Services). Parking is available.

The registration fee for a whole four-week class is $40, or $20 for students (per person).
