 n through March 1\, 2026.\n\nWhat\n\nThe Personal Finance Challenge (PFC) p
 rovides an opportunity for students to demonstrate their knowledge of perso
 nal finance by competing with other students across the state. The PFC test
 s student knowledge on topics related to Earning Income\, Managing Risk\, M
 anaging Credit\, Spending\, Saving\, and Investing.\n\nWho\n\nHigh School\n
 \nEvery high school teacher in Delaware teaching a Personal Finance course 
 or program (such as Keys to Financial Success) that covers the topics liste
 d above may have students compete in the High School Division. \n\nEach hig
 h school teacher who competes in the Online PFC competition is invited to s
 end one team to participate in the State High School Division Semi-Finals. 
 The top two teams from the Semi-Finals will advance to the High School Fina
 ls. \n\nTeachers may create as many student teams as they'd like\, and the 
 Center for Economic Education and Entrepreneurship will pay all registratio
 n and participation fees.
