This program is designed for people with diabetes and their friends/family members. The series includes diabetes education, cooking demonstrations and tasting of healthy foods. After each lesson, participants will take home recipes and knowledge about how to manage diabetes in their daily lives.  It is recommended that you attend all sessions.

Class 1:  Mealtime for Individuals with Diabetes

Class 2:  Desserts

Class 3:  Main Dish

Class 4:  Side Dishes

Class 5: A seasonal reunion!

Sussex County at the Georgetown Library:  March 7, 14, 21 and 28, 2023 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm - Reunion date:  June 27, 2023

The cost of the series is $50.00.   Payment can be online or send check or money order to the address below.   If you have a have a voucher from the State of Delaware please mail to the address below.   Residents of the city of Milford are sponsored by the Greater Milford Lions Club and can enroll in this class free of charge.
