A one-day professional development event aimed at members of UD’s employee community who wish to develop leadership skills, work more effectively with their colleagues, and share in conversations about social justice, equity and inclusion. UD’s Office of Equity and Inclusion is teaming up with the Division of Professional and Continuing Studies to offer this engaging, rewarding and important summit focused on social justice that will move participants toward action as allies and advocates for the betterment of the UD community.
