Douglass Day Transcribe-a-thon

Celebrate Frederick Douglass’ birthday with a party and a transcribe-a-thon.

 

Born into bondage, Douglass never knew his birthdate but chose to celebrate every year on February 14. In celebration, Douglass Day is an annual day for preserving Black history.

 

Light refreshments and birthday cake will be served.
