Early Intervention and Telehealth for Young Children with ASD
A discussion with Pablo Juarez, M.Ed., Director of the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center’s Treatment and Research Institute for Autism Spectrum Disorders (TRIAD), and Recipient of the Arc’s Educator of the Year Award
Mr. Juarez will describe early childhood initiatives in Tennessee for young children with autism spectrum disorders and their families. He’ll also address specific initiatives that have incorporated telehealth as a means for delivering services and offering training to meet families’ and providers’ needs.
He will discuss the progress made by his team and community partners in developing these services, lessons learned, and suggestions for Delaware, as we launch similar new initiatives.
