Title: Emerging and Disruptive Trends and Security Concerns with The Internet of Things (IoT)

Abstract

As the volume pf IoT data increases exponentially, building trust

--between people, places, and things--is key. This means IoT big data analytics must be robust, reliable, and compliant with civil liberties and privacy laws. Other IoT talks have focused on data analytics and decision making for solving practical problems in the real world IoT applications. This talk will address these issues too but will include insight into: (a) the impact of IoT to cybersecurity and critical infrastructure; and (b) current unclassified hard research challenges NSA is looking to understand and address as we execute our Signals Intelligence, Information Assurance, and Cyber Security missions.
