Erin Sparks is an Assistant Professor in Plant and Soil Sciences in the Delaware Biotechnology Institute at the University of Delaware since 2017. With an interdisciplinary training background, Erin has a B.S in Biomedical Engineering, a Ph.D. in Cell and Developmental Biology, and Postdoctoral experience in Plant Molecular Biology. Erin’s lab pulls from many different disciplines, working at the interface of engineering and agriculture to develop climate-resilient crops.
