Delaware Kindergarten teachers are invited to attend this free, virtual professional learning opportunity where they will receive methods and resources to help effectively implement economics in their elementary school classroom.

Economics for Kids explores grade-level appropriate children’s books and videos that teachers can use to teach economic and personal finance concepts to young students.

Concepts covered include goods and services, scarcity, saving, savings goals and making choices. Books will include Building a House, Benny’s Pennies, and Just Saving My Money.

Participants will receive a binder complete with all lessons, activities, assessments, and books.
