Food Safety Training for the Entrepreneur

 

This workshop and certification exam meet food safety training requirements by Delaware Public Health and the Delaware Department of Agriculture for those who want to prepare non-hazardous foods in their own home for sale in Delaware. Examples of these foods are: baked goods, jams, jellies, and preserves.

 

This workshop takes place over 2 evenings from 5-9pm. You must attend BOTH evenings to receive certification. The cost is $60 and registration closes 1 week prior to the event.
