This training meets food safety training requirements by the State of Delaware and the Delaware Department of Agriculture for those who want to take advantage of the opportunity to prepare non-hazardous foods in their own home for sale and is being offered in-person and by Zoom.

Examples of these foods are:
• Baked goods
• Jams, jellies and preserves

In-person training and testing will be held at at the Kent County Cooperative Extension Office, 69 Transportation Circle, Dover, DE 19901

Testing for Zoom participants will be held Tuesday, April 20th at 4:00 pm at the Kent County Cooperative Extension Office, 69 Transportation Circle, Dover, DE

Registration fee is $50 payable on-line or mail registration form along with check or money order to UD Kent Co. Extension Office, 69 Transportation Circle, Dover, DE 19901, Attn: Jan Unflat

Registration deadline is April 14th.
