This workshop and certification exam meet food safety training requirements by Delaware Public Health and the Delaware Department of Agriculture for those who want to prepare non-hazardous foods in their own home for sale in Delaware.  Examples of these foods are: baked goods, jams, jellies, and preserves.

 

This workshop takes place over 2 evenings -- September 10 AND 12 -- from 5-9pm.  You must attend BOTH evenings to receive your certification.
