In this self-guided exploration of the Library and Museums, first-year students reflect on themes from the 2021 Common Reader, Under a White Sky: The Nature of the Future, by Elizabeth Kolbert. Students create multimedia, conduct research and engage with artwork, historical materials and films. While Exploring Environments may be assigned as part of the First Year Seminar course, the program is open to all first-year students.
