Fall 2022 Dining with Diabetes

This program is designed for people with diabetes and their friends/family members. The series includes diabetes education, cooking demonstrations and tasting of healthy foods. After each lesson, participants will take home recipes and knowledge about how to manage diabetes in their daily lives.  It is recommended that you attend all sessions.

Class 1:  Mealtime for Individuals with Diabetes

Class 2:  Desserts

Class 3:  Main Dish

Class 4:  Side Dishes

Class 5: A seasonal reunion!

Class locations and dates:

Kent County:  September 19, 26, October 3 and 10, 2022 from 6:00-8:00 pm - Reunion January 23, 2023

New Castle County:  October 20, 27, November 3 and 10, 2022 from 6:00-8:00 pm - Reunion February 2, 2023

The cost of the series is $50.00.   Payment can be online or send check or money order to the address below.   If you have a have a voucher from the State of Delaware please mail to the address below.   Residents of the city of Milford are sponsored by the Greater Milford Lions Club and can enroll in this class free of charge.
