Several Delaware Organizations have partnered to create an initiative to better support Farmers & Agricultural Communities across the State of Delaware. To ensure this initiative will meet your needs, we're hosting focus group discussions. Your insights are crucial and will directly inform the development of this program.

• What obstacles do you foresee for this peer support network?
• What challenges do you face where peer assistance would help?
• What kind of assistance would you most value from fellow farmers?

(Market access, sharing best practices & innovative solutions, equipment sharing, mentorship, labor exchange, real ways to reduce stress)
