Join Dr. Kali Kniel and Jennifer Jones from the Department of Animal & Food Sciences to a presentation, discussion, and question & answers on the revised FSMA water rule.  Attendees will learn revised Food and Drug Administration (FDA) subpart E (2024).  You will have an understanding of production water changes, microbial safety with reducing risk, agricultural water assessment requirements & elements, record keeping, water system inspection, corrective measures, and so much more.
