Take a break, slow down, and truly reset with a guided Yoga Nidra session—a deeply restorative practice often called “yogic sleep.” This calming experience is designed to help reduce stress, quiet the mind, and support both mental and physical recovery. No prior yoga experience is needed—just come as you are and give yourself the space to rest, recharge, and reconnect.
