  Engineering Africa’s Future with Integrity\n\nInnovation alone is not e
 nough. In Africa\, where fragile institutions and systemic corruption ofte
 n undermine even the most brilliant solutions\, the true challenge is impl
 ementation—with integrity. In this keynote\, Sangu Delle draws on his wo
 rk as an entrepreneur\, investor\, and institution-builder to argue that i
 ntegrity must be treated not as a moral afterthought but as a critical des
 ign principle. Sharing lessons from his leadership at Ashesi University—
 Africa’s pioneering institution for ethical engineering education—alon
 gside his ventures in clean water\, healthcare\, and venture capital\, Del
 le explores how ethical leadership\, cross-sector collaboration\, and syst
 emic thinking are essential to building a future that works. This is a cal

 bout Sangu Delle\nSangu Delle is chairman and CEO of CarePoint\, a tech fo
 rward healthcare group focused on "building Africa's healthcare future." H
 e is also founder and executive chairman of Golden Palm Investments Corpor
 ation\, one of Africa’s leading venture capital firms. Delle has been na
 med a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader\, a 2022 Eisenhower Fellow\
 , Africa’s “Young Person of the Year\,” a 2014 TEDGlobal Fellow\, a 
 2013 Soros Fellow\, one of Forbes’ top 30 most promising entrepreneurs i
 n Africa\, and one of Euromoney’s “Africa’s Rising Stars.” Delle i
 s a member of Harvard University's governing Board of Overseers Center and
  a board member of Ashesi University and Ghana International School. He gr
 aduated with a BA\, a JD\, and an MBA from Harvard University\, a masters 
 from Oxford University and a PhD from the University of Birmingham (UK). D
 elle is the author of "Making Futures: Young Entrepreneurs in a Dynamic Af
 rica" which was published in September 2019. He is a mental health activis
 t with a TED Talk on the stigma of mental health which has garnered over t
 wo million views.\n\n \n\nAbout the panel and posters\nA panel discussion 
 following the lecture will bring together voices that reflect both the glo
 bal impact and local inspiration of Babatunde Ogunnaike’s vision. Their 
 discussion will highlight issues central to his life’s work\, including 
 development on the African continent\, the role of universities in advanci
 ng progress\, and the importance of entrepreneurship in shaping sustainabl
 e futures. Together\, the panelists will offer diverse perspectives on eng
 ineering\, education\, and innovation as drivers of human advancement\, ca
 rrying forward the spirit of collaboration and impact that defined Ogunnai

 ing their communities through innovation. From David Sengeh’s custom pro
 sthetics in Sierra Leone to Farida Bedwei’s microfinance software in Gha
 na\, their stories offer inspiration and practical insights for aspiring e
 ntrepreneurs. These changemakers are reshaping Africa’s narrative by tur
 ning challenges into opportunities\, showing what’s possible in emerging
  markets. This collection offers readers valuable lessons on building busi
 nesses in Africa’s dynamic\, tech-enabled landscape.\n\n \n\nAbout the B
