This program provides funding for Delaware municipalities and counties to hire engineering firms to conduct cost and feasibility studies for projects to improve the family-friendly bicycle network. The goal is to enhance safety and accessibility for individuals who want to travel by bicycle. This session is an excellent opportunity to learn how this grant can support your community’s cycling initiatives.
