Getting the Best Graduate Students in Your Program: Rethinking Admissions Practices to Minimize Bias in Reviews

This is a past event

Join us in an interactive workshop to discuss common challenges in the graduate student admission process and how to overcome them. Participants will learn about models from UD and elsewhere for reviewing applicants in ways that take into account skills and characteristics beyond GPAs and GREs that are valuable for successful graduate students. For programs that have not already completed their admissions decisions for the year, this session will provide you with strategies that can be implemented immediately to better identify applicants who will thrive in your program.
