"Getting Your Work Published"

The School of Education will host Julia Oestreich, director of the University of Delaware Press, who will share thoughts on publishing both articles and book-length scholarship and on how publishing can be used toward career development. Topics will include finding the right publisher and avoiding predatory journals; planning publication to match timelines for job applications, promotion, and tenure; and how to improve your chances for publication.
