HATCH – Health & Transformation Challenge
Welcome to HATCH — a 12-week wellness journey customized for University of Delaware students, faculty, and staff. With expert coaching, evidence-based guidance, and peer support, you’ll establish sustainable habits around nutrition, movement, and mindset.

What’s Included:

  • InBody Assessments Pre- and post-program body composition scans—see real changes as you progress.
  • Full Access to Group Fitness Classes Unlimited group fitness classes for the full semester.
  • Online Canvas Course Weekly modules rich with evidence-based strategies and reflection tools to guide your progress.
  • Weekly Group Coaching Calls Interactive sessions to troubleshoot challenges, refine goals, and maintain accountability.

Why Join HATCH?
If you stay committed to the behavior-focused goals you create during coaching, you can achieve meaningful body recomposition—including fat loss and muscle gain—while building long-term lifestyle habits.
The combination of knowledge (Canvas course) plus action support (coaching calls) helps you bridge the gap between intention and implementation.
HATCH brings together participants working toward shared goals—giving you a built-in support community to keep you motivated and accountable.
