How to Be an Antiracist

This is a past event

In partnership with the University of Delaware Division of Student Life and Office of the Provost, the Biden Institute is proud to welcome the author of New York Times Bestseller How To Be An Antiracist, Dr. Ibram X. Kendi for a virtual conversation on race in America. In 2020, in response to nationally galvanizing acts of violence and the ongoing open wound of systemic racism, America saw one of the strongest showings of support against racial injustice since the Civil Rights Movement. Through this collective action, we've seen the beginnings of a shift in American thinking — from merely decrying racism to becoming actively and genuinely anti racist. Join us for a conversation on this important issue with the expert who wrote the book on it.
