https://www.udel.edu/academics/global/isss/Join us as we celebrate the end of the semester! In the United States, for many people December is a festive month filled with many cultural celebrations. This will be an opportunity to connect with each other and to reflect on the many accomplishments we all achieved throughout this semester.
Being a student can be stressful. Being an international student can have unique challenges that can affect your wellbeing. We want to remind you that you don’t have to take on all of these challenges alone. One of the best ways to improve your wellbeing is to use the resources available to you and to connect with others in your community who can share how they deal with and ultimately overcome the unique challenges that might negatively impact their wellbeing. Led by Student Wellness and Health Promotion and the Center for Global Programs and Services, we will talk about some of these topics in this International Student Discussion Series. Each week will build upon the previous week’s topic and culminate in a holiday party at the end of the semester.
