Kent County 4-H Virtual Demonstration Contest
The demonstration contest is open to 4-H’ers age 8 and older on January 1st of the current calendar year. The goal of a 4-H demonstration is to show others how to do something or to provide information about a subject using appropriate illustrations and/or props. A demonstration or illustrated talk provides 4-H’ers with an opportunity to show their public presentation skills while teaching others about 4-H project areas. Members may only participate in one state-level demonstration per year.
The contest dates for this year’s Kent County 4-H Demonstration Contest will be June 23rd and June 24th. The contest will be held via Zoom. Please register for the virtual demonstration contest by June 5th using this link HERE. You will be assigned a date and time for your presentation after June 5th. Closer to the demonstration date, you will receive a reminder email along with a zoom link and zoom password.
This event is for registered 4-H members only. Not a member? Find out how to join Delaware 4-H at udel.edu/4-h.
