48 K12 teachers from Saudi Arabia will showcase their research and expertise gained throughout the past year in the Khbrat international teacher leadership program:  Poster gallery walks and presentations will occur throughout the day from 10:00- 6:00 PM. A culmination of their UD professional development with the English Language Institute and the College of Education and Human Development, and their immersion experience in Delaware K12 public and private schools, presenters will showcase their action plans for implementing innovative best educational practices in Saudi Arabia.

Sponsored by the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission to the United States, and administered in partnership with the English Language Institute and the College of Education and Human Development, the Khbrat Program “Building Leadership for Change through School Immersion” focuses on teacher professional development as part of the Saudi Ministry of Education’s ambitious education reform initiative “Vision 2030”.
