FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are Mobile Tickets?
Mobile Tickets are digital tickets that you add to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay app. They are
similar to traditional event tickets, but they are easier to use and more secure. Mobile tickets
are designed to be viewed from your mobile device. Hold your phone close to a ticket scanner
so the event staff can easily scan your ticket.
What if I do not have service on event day?
Downloading and adding mobile tickets to your digital wallet prior to arriving is encouraged.
Mobile tickets, once added to a digital wallet, require no data usage to view the ticket. You
should add your tickets to your digital wallet as soon as you receive the email or text to be
alerted to changes in venue or start times of events.
What are the advantages of mobile wallet tickets?
Mobile tickets are convenient to use. You can add the ticket to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay
app on your phone and easily access it when you arrive at the venue. iPhone users will see a lock
screen notification, ‘tap’ the notification and present your ticket.
How do I use Mobile Tickets?
Using your Mobile Tickets on your phone is simple as setting up Apply Pay or Google Pay on your
phone. Once complete, add Mobile Tickets to your wallet. Mobile tickets should not be printed.
The Mobile Ticket’s barcode is optimized to be scanned off of a screen.
